How do I get rid of dark circles under the eyes ?!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

every night before going to sleep .. u must dip a tissue or a towel with cold water and put it in both ur eyes .. and in the morning wash your eyes only ur cold water .. I heard that works for some .. PPL, but the natural way to do is drink plenty of water every day .. you can be a long time, and around 3-4 months .. UR circles but disappears ...=)
