I asked my school nurse once if something is done about dark circles around the eyes, said to just use makeup. any tips or how to get rid of them. even if I use every week. than will be much appreciated

I'm 16 and for as long as I can remember I have had the worst dark circles and bags under the eyes. It is a combination genes and the terrible allergies.
